TSATSU TSIKATA (SIKA-ASA) IS ANNOYED WITH DR BAWUMIA (THE PINK SHEET BARON)

After the 2012 General elections, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) raised an allegations that , the elections wasn't free and fair and for that matter, the Electoral Commission led by Dr Kwadwo Afari Gyan should wait upon the declaration of the results to study the electoral violations that took place. But Mr Afari Gyan (electoral Commission) and the National Peace Council objected it by saying 'the results must be declared and that whoever have any evidence of any irregularities or electoral malpractices can proceed to court'.

Again the NDC and John Drammani Mahamma told the entire Ghanaians publicly and in their affidavits that the 2012 general elections was free and fair, so they are not afraid of the evidence NPP claims to be having. But as the team of NDC NEC realised that the 2012 elections petition is going to do them a great harm, they are now trying to accept the fact that the entire results should be annulled for a re-run.

From the looks on the face on both the pink sheet and the counsels of the 1st and 3rd respondents, you could realised that there is a kind of internal Thunder causing the lead counsel for the 3rd respondent to develop some arrogant and beef with the plaintiff ( the Pink sheet Baron) . After the realisation the answers from the plaintiff would push them into opposition, they are then asking why didn't the witness seek for the annulment of over twenty six thousand polling stations but with only eleven thousand plus in court for annulment?

One could realise from the face of the counsel for the NDC that he is getting annoyed with the excellent questions coming from Dr Bawumia. He can't stand the heat from the witness in the box and wants to impress the NDC by putting up a delay tactics in his cross-examination. By the way one can see from him some sort of arrogant from the fear of losing the case to Philip Addison.

On the other hand why is tsatsu behaving in the Supreme Court as if he is the presiding judge? You can attest to it that the judges are getting bored over his cross examination. Some kids in my house now call Tsatsu Tsikata as Tsatsu Sika-Asa.
