Bawumia's Strategy To Buy Time With Tsatsu

The ongoing Supreme Court case between the petitioners (NPP ) and the respondents PRESIDENT MAHAMA, EC, and NDC has taken a different turn with lots of excitements.

Counsel for NDC,Mr Tsatsu Tsikata who is legal guru and a first class law student has taken his turn to cross examine Dr Bawumia. On Monday NPP counsel attempted to prevent Tsatsu Tsikata to cross examine Dr Bawumia but this was overruled by the Supreme Court judges.

The legal team of the NPP attempted to assist Bawumia by whispering answers to him in the witness box .This was challenged by Tsatsu and eventually corrected by the leader of the Supreme Court judge , Justice Atuguba.

After this incident, Dr Bawumia adopted another strategy.GUESS what?He decided not to answer Tsatsu's questions.Tsatsu spotted this trick and brought the attention of the court several times to this strategy.He even made a comment to this effect by stating that 'this will go down as not answering my questions'.

This strategy has enhanced Dr Bawumia to survive day 2 of Tsatsu's cross examination.

Tsatsu Tsikata's cross examination is laying enough grounds to criminalise the actions of Dr Bawumiah and the other petitioners.

There has been instances whereby Tsatsu's questions has led to a revelation of forgery on the affidavits submitted by NPP to the Supreme Court. This is causing a lot of panic at the camp of the NPP legal team.
