Hearing of the petition challenging results of the 2012 presidential elections resumes Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at the Chief Justice's Court of the Supreme Court.

Lawyers of first respondent, President John Mahama continue their cross examination of New Patriotic Party (NPP) Vice Presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

The NPP's flagbearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, his running mate Dr Mahamadu Bawumia and chairman Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey are challenging the outcome of the 2012 polls citing widespread irregularities during voting.
