What Is Happening To Our Port Duty And Toll Collections?

Can the government of Ghana or authorities in charge of the collection of tolls and port duties publish to the general public, the income they generated daily?

I am very worried about huge incomes generated by some government institutions in Ghana but yet the government keeps complaining to us there is no money in their coffers. So where the toll collection does goes to? Also where the Port duty charger does goes to?

I am a bit confused and want the government or authorities to come out vividly, to accounts for our tolls and duty charges. We cannot pay all this monies and sit down for major institutions like the UTAG, POTAG, DOCTORS, JUDICIAL SERVICES, GNAT, NAGRAT etc to embark on strikes, which at the end of the day affects the tax payer.

Why should the tax payers money be used to pay unnecessary judgement debts and tells Ghanaians there is no money. Did the monies being used to pay judgement debts fell as manner from heaven?

Please Mr. Government kindly fulfil your promises made in 2012 elections. Stop paying judgement debts now and retrieve our monies from Mr. Wayome to bring peace to this nation and attend to the accurate institutions that are to benefit from the taxes we pay.
