NDC Atlanta Fraternizes With NDC USA First Vice Chair
At the just ended monthly meeting of NDC-Atlanta Georgia, members were privileged to have in their midst the first Vice Chair of NDC USA, Mr. Evar Prince Agyeman, who flew from Maryland to familiarize himself with the members of the Chapter and to encourage them on the good works that they have been doing in support of the Great Akatamanso, and also to seek their support for the unity of the party.
Members were happy that their works are being recognized, and were in full praise for Mr. Agyeman for such a thoughtful journey. Issues bothering on our Party's unity and the need to support our Government to Advance the Better Ghana Agenda were discussed.
As part of the strategy to keep our members motivated, members who have over the years served the party in diverse ways, especially in dedicating their time, expertise, knowledge, finances and other resources for the good course of our party, both home and abroad were recognized with certificate of recognition, and words of encouragement not to relent in their efforts to move NDC from victory unto victory.
Members were encouraged to keep the good spirit alive and to always remember that no individual contribution is too small for the success of the party.
NDC-Atlanta acknowledges that the first quarter of the year has been quite challenging to the good people of Ghana especially the ordinary Ghanaian whose plight has been the concern of our party. We mention in particular the recent power outage which is hampering the good economic efforts and policies that underpin the BETTER GHANA AGENDA.
This notwithstanding, we particularly acknowledged with special gratitude to the people of Ghana for the incredible amount of patience and trust imposed in the President, His Excellence John Mahama, and his government in addressing this national challenge. We therefore implored Ghanaians to have faith in the President's assurance of finding a once-and-for all solution to this national canker that has plagued the nation over so many years. We surely believe he will deliver.
