Ayo Animashaun Launches Online Radio Station As Former Workers Vow To Get Even

Ayo Animashaun's company Smooth Promotions is known for delivering media content on the TV, online and print platform. Now he says they're ready to play the game on radio with the completion of a fully-equipped studio located in Lagos.

The Hip Hop world boss seems to have all working for him, but all is not rosy on the inside as it looks on the outside.

Strings of former workers of his company have been crying foul, due to the unjust treatment they received while in the employment of the company.

The hip hop world boss has been accused of non payment of salaries, and takes pleasure in dismissing staff at will without paying them their due.

The adhoc crew that work on the last headies awards have also complained of non payment.

The average work-span of workers at smooth promotions is 2 months, while some are known to spend less.

The worst hit of Animashaun's ill-treatment was a former accountant, whom he had locked up for three days because he payed staff salaries in the boss' absence.

The boss, also in a vent of anger beat up his personal driver, which resulted in a bleeding forehead, all because he suspected the young man stole his mobile phone (which he later on found, without apologising to the boy)

Ayo Animshaun was also in the news last year, as he was accused of sexual harassment by a former receptionist a few days to the headies. According to the lady, when things got heated, he dismissed her without paying her. The girl's mother, on hearing this went to the office in anger and Ayo quickly payed the lady off to silence the case.
