The Caribbean-American Faith Based Leadership Council Partners with WETATi and will participate in the upcoming WETATi International Women's Conference. The conference is scheduled for March 29-30 in Linthicum, MD.

The council coordinates major Caribbean-American Faith Based programs throughout the US and facilitate conferences, embassy religious series, partnerships and dialogue with the Caribbean-American Religious Leaders and the White House, the US Congress, Homeland Security, other United States Faith Based Offices, the Caribbean Diplomatic Corp, diaspora organization and other bilateral civic enterprise.

The Chair for the Caribbean-Amerian Faith Based Leadership Council is Rev. Dr. Constantine Agorom Dike.

The Rev Dr. Agorom Constantine Dike` is an offspring of both Jamaican and Nigerian parentage. His conversion experience began at age 7 and he started preaching at age 15 at the Zion Hill Baptist Church, Manchester, Jamaica.

His career reflects a passion for holistic transformation, hence his leadership and service to various institutions that fosters: youth upliftment, missions and evangelism, social justice, community development, educational empowerment and faith based partnerships in the Caribbean and the United States.

During his early years in ministry he served as: President of the inter-high school Christian Fellowship, Jamaica Baptist Union (JBU) Regional Youth Director Area 5 (with oversight for St Elizabeth Manchester and Clarendon Youth Associations), Co-chair for the (JBU) Discipleship Commission for youth and young adults and Evangelism Director for Jamaica Youth for Christ.

He has lead bible study forums at the Caribbean Baptist Fellowship (CBF) and the Baptist World Alliance (BWA) Youth conference and also participated in the Sothern Baptist Convention (SBC) International Student Mission Program.

While a doctoral student at Howard University, he served as the Graduate Assistant for Professor Kortright Davis and was a recipient of the Faculty Research Scholar Award in 2007 and the International Scholar Award 2008.

Rev. Dr. Dike is an ordained minister of the American Baptist Churches USA, and the National Progressive Baptist Convention (NPBC); formerly Senior Pastor of the Seaforth Circuit of Baptist Churches in Jamaica, youth and young adult minister at the Walker Memorial Baptist Church in Washington D.C and currently an associate minister of the Paramount Baptist Church in Washington D.C. He is an adjunct professor at the National Bible College & Seminary in Maryland, member of the Biblical Institute of Social Change, Chair for the Caribbean American Faith Based Leadership Council and chair of the Jamaica National Association Education Committee.

Among several civic achievements, on June 2011and 2012 he facilitated a roundtable dialogue between President Obama's Administration and the Caribbean American Faith Based Leaders. He has been an instrumental participant in the Annual White House Briefing and other Diaspora Meetings on US Caribbean Relations.

Dr. Dike is an honors graduate of the University of the West Indies (UWI) and the United Theological College of the West Indies (UTCWI). He pursued Graduate Studies at the Howard University School of Divinity and successfully completed his Doctor of Ministry Degree in May 2009 concentrating in Multicultural & International Missions and Evangelism in Western Culture.

His philosophy in life is: "With God all things are possible and the will of God will never lead you where the grace of God cannot keep you."
