This is a formal request to the president to spare us the giant statute, if the president does not know what we need as a people here is a list of things he can provide us with, and he can do it in grand style by providing them gigantically.

What we need are giant overpass or carriage ways to decongest and support the traffic along all our major roads, and these should come fast, faster than his proposed statute.

We need giant steps in tackling the filth and disease in the area, we need giant machines to come and dredge the trains and the polluted rivers. Trust me if statutes could cry, Nkrumah will definitely cry and weep because this was not his vision for Ghana, so please Mr. President please spare us this one.

Why do our leaders put priority in things that do not benefit us, why do we not clean, maintain, and develop our cities and spaces so that when we put statutes be it gigantic they will be proud of it.

Look at the how the cities authorities are battling with hawkers on streets across the country, why won't you rather dedicate gigantic resources in solving these problems.

How many Ghanaian will even recognize this statute when we are hungry, angry and sick? Tackle our load shedding, tackle the mess at our hospitals, tackle the water shortages, tackle the things that really matter to us before tackling and spending resources that will not improve or impact my life Mr. President.

We voted for or rather you where voted for, to ensure our needs are met, and trust me a statute and more specifically a gigantic one is not one of our needs.

Railways, jobs, water, food, energy, sports centers, hospitals, do these ring a bell Mr. President?

GbG: God bless Ghana or rather God save Ghana, for our leaders lack vision.
