Accra, Feb. 15, GNA - RIG Workers Association of Ghana has congratulated Mr Emmanuel Armarh Kofi Buah, Minister of Energy and Petroleum for his appointment.
A statement issued in Accra and copied to the Ghana News Agency said the Association is grateful for the appointment of the Minister, and expressed the hope that he would see to the implementation of the local content legislations to enable them build a formidable front for the Oil and Gas Industry.
The workers said the Minister's position is a very delicate and challenging one but are willing to give him the necessary support needed to have the strength and fortitude.
The statement asked the Minister to propel the petroleum sector into greater heights, to move the nation forward for generations to attest to his achievements for the country during his tenure in office. GNA
