The implication of NPP's evidence at the Supreme Court

Feature Article The implication of NPP's evidence at the Supreme Court
DEC 28, 2012 LISTEN

The evidence presented by NPP doesn't show that NDC as a party has been unduly favoured. This also implies that the whole voting process was flawed and therefore should be nullified outright. This will mean that a fresh election is required. Moreover,All the polling agents and the electoral officers according to NPP are not credible. What shows that if the election is conducted 10 times it will go in their favour?

This case is similar to what happened in US between Bush and Al Gore. The Supreme Court was quick to rubbish the case because of its implication on smooth transition of power, and the possibility of vacuum in the presidency which was not in the interest of the nation.

The evidence presented NPP doesn't merit a complete cancellation of the 2012 election. This will be so easy for the Supreme Court to rule.

Ghanaians thought that NPP's evidence were in line with the details Jake brought in his press conference where the figures NPP had were said to be intentionally reduced by the EC.Thank God,that wasn't the case.

NDC members having heard this press conference have every right to Jubilate and jubilate again.
