'From there [some markets in Accra] the campaign will roll out full steam,' were the words of the presidential spokesperson (Joy FM news at 11.02, Monday, September 10, 2012). The voice was that of the same person who has been denying that the so-called 'thank you' tour was plain simple campaigning; unknowingly exposing his own lies.
My compatriots heading home to Madina and beyond on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 sweated and sweated and sweated; some cursing over the sweltering heat; all because of a thank you Madina market tour.
Politics, indeed, is not for the truthful. If it were to be for the truthful, all those who speak not the truth would have quit by now. But because they live in politics in which telling the truth is rarer than common, none can ever get them to talk the truth.
The free zoning baby teeth of baby KATB have bitten deep to the level of intoxication so powerful enough to prompt exiting being a presbyter in protest against a mosquito scribe being told that he is of a fuse blowing foul mouthed tika. The story now is that the motherland cake biting iron teeth baby exited from nowhere because there is no record of he being a presbyter anywhere. True congress lie, lie and vile propaganda!
I heard him claim being a presbyter on the basis of baptism. Baptism without the fulfillment of tithe obligations is tantamount to assuming a job status because you have a certificate. Whether a pastor of the church lives in your house or not it is your duty to pay tithe. If you don't pay, you cannot claim to be a presbyter.
Tithe is not tax so don't compare tithe to tax. Congress steel baby teeth have been biting from the national tax cake. They cannot bite from God's tithe cake. That will be hellish abomination.
See how they see themselves as embattled by the increasingly popular free SHS education formula. They say the minister man disputing free SHS said the oil find sample displayed in Parliament in 2003 was adwengo (palm kernel oil). I mean the adwengo we used to apply to our legs and feet as evidence of cleanliness for teachers' inspection in our primary school days.
I think I really have to step up my STEMI (science, technology, engineering and mathematics incubator) kindergarten project. STEMI is designed to produce the next generation of inventors of replacement for the cutlass and hoe back breaking farming instruments.
STEMI is designed to liberate my people, the people of my chiefdom from poverty; not just to alleviate or reduce poverty. For, the middle or even higher income status of the motherland will be meaningless unless it is linked up with the total liberation of my people from poverty.
If that minister had been taken through our STEMI programme, there is no way he would have described oil, the precious black gold, as adwengo.
This same minister, as minister in charge of SHS, is supposed to advice the president to free compatriots from the bondage of SHS fees. He, certainly, would never have doubted the feasibility of a free SHS programme if he had been taken through our head-start STEMI schooling.
It is too late if he will not allow himself to be taken through kindergarten lessons. But if I were him, I would be glad to be taken through those kindergarten lessons because education is lifelong and you cannot learn everything that you need to know. So if as a minister he had not had the opportunity of learning the probability and the way for a motherland to provide free SHS to her citizens, it is never too late to learn that.
That knowledge will be to the advantage of my compatriots. It will be to the relief of some of us sexagenarian and beyond people who are still paying, or going to pay SHS fees. Of greater benefit will be those who without money would never have had the opportunity of senior high school education.
In Kwame Nkrumah's time, such unfortunate compatriots would have had the opportunity of progress in life, acquiring upwardly mobile clout, by going through the four-year teacher training education. It provided the chance to still write the 'O' and 'A' level examinations to proceed to university and thenceforth become ministers like the minister, lawyers, accountants, bankers, and professors, or any other chosen profession.
Now that there is no Kwame Nkrumah training college scheme to serve as an escape outlet for those denied SHS education, especially for lack of money to pay school fees, prospective victims must welcome and hail the Akufo-Addo plan. The scheme will open up and expand educational opportunity exponentially.
So, my compatriots, choose free SHS and ignore any minister of any party which campaigns against it.
