Mr Pratt was speaking at the Thanks-giving and Send-off Service in honour of Mr Isaac Kwabena Sarkodie Boahin, out-going Lay Chairman of the Wenchi Diocese at Kintampo.

He said: "It is not only Reverend Ministers who are expected to do the work of God but everyone working to advance the course of humanity."

Mr Boahin noted that one of the surest ways to reciprocate God's love is for the church to love Him from their heart."

He was grateful to the leadership and members of the church for the privilege given him to serve as the Lay Chairman.

Right Reverend Sampson Yamoah, Methodist Bishop of Wenchi, Rt. Rev. James Baffour-Awuah, Rt. Rev. Nuh Ben Abubekr and Rt. Rev. Edison Tinsari, former diocesan bishops attended the service.
