Former first lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings' extreme abhorrence for the man widely acclaimed as the genteel and peace-loving Professor of Law, late president John Evans Atta Mills, knows no let down, even after his death.

With the sudden and untimely death of former president John Mills, many are those who are of the opinion that, the woman who swore to make him a one-term president, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings would have regretted her evil intent and bow-down in shame; but how wrong they are?

Nana Konadu, also the wife of the NDC founder and the longest serving president Ghana has ever had, Jerry John Rawlings, after hounding and verbally tormenting him during his life time as president, has refused to officially author a tribute to the memory of the late professor.

She is also reported to have turned down request to be at the grave side ceremony of president John Evan Atta Mills.

This, according to our source has compelled hubby, Jerry John Rawlings, who, though like her, but who in the dying embers of the funeral of the late president Mills, try in vain to reconcile with him; to issue his personal tribute instead of their usual joint compliments and also, to be present at the burial ceremony without her.

It will be recalled that, whiles in faraway Congo Brazaville with hubby, Jerry Rawlings, participating in activities marking the formal launch of Forbes Africa at the invitation of that country's President at the time of President Mills' death, Nana Konadu refused to return home to mourn the leader of the party her husband founded,

She rather chose to fly to London, ostensibly for an emergency medical check-up before making a detour to Ghana later the following Friday.

Back in Ghana, Nana Konadu again, and Jerry Rawlings after signing the book of condolence in memory of the late President Mills at the Banquet Hall of the State House on Monday and Friday respectively have not been able to visit President Mills' Spintex road residence to commiserate with his wife, Dr. Mrs. Naadu Mills.

In his personal homage, former president Jerry John Rawlings wrote: “A lot has passed under the bridge since the hard fought electoral victory of 2008…

“While many may perceive my criticism of the Prof as ill conceived, I was not going to look away while a man with such great potential was led astray from the ideals that we fought for; from the ideals that the NDC stood for…

“My final meeting with Prof before he passed away was on Thursday July 5 at the Castle. During our meeting we expressed our mutual respect for each other as was always the case and news of his departure on July 24 came with cold pain…

“Fare thee well Prof. Damirifa Due”. Former president Rawlings stated.

Now that Atta Mills couldn't even make the "ONE TERM" presidency, but managed to make less than "One Term" is Konadu now happy and going to be a leader of the NDC and also a flag bearer at this year's general elections o. Secondly, who is the flag bearer of her NDP. Effectively, the Rawlingses are party manufacturers; JJ created NDC and Konadu has created the NDP. If Ghana is not a funny place under the sun which other country is?. Asanteman, your daughter is dragging your avowed "Ntamkese"...
