FCP HOLDS CORPORATE CROSS DRESSING DAY

First Capital Plus has organized a corporate cross dressing day as part of its customer service week. The cross dressing day had staff of various branches dressing as staff of other professions. Staff dressed as nurses, doctors, farmers, journalists, Sheiks, Pastors, Military officers, models, footballers, DJ's and others.

According to Nana Yaw Kesse, Corporate Affairs Officer, the Corporate Cross dressing day is one innovative way of improving staff morale and organizational bonding.

Roberta Sarkodie, Head of Customer Service & Service Quality also stated that the concept was to stimulate customer interactions as customers who visited the bank were curious to know what was going on and as such it presented an opportunity for more informal conversations. This therefore goes a long way to enhance the organization's relationships with its customers, she stated.

In a related development, First Capital Plus (FCP) has donated medical equipments worth about Gh2,000 to the Princess Marie Louise Children's hospital and also organized a cocktail for clients of the company at Novotel, Hotel, Accra. The cocktail provided an open forum for customers to discuss any experiences and opportunities aimed at enhancing the organization's relationship with its customers.

William Ato Essien, CEO of First Capital Plus stated that FCP has deep seated commitment towards its customers since the company's orientation is perceive its customers as “lives” who need the best of care and attention.
