First Capital Plus has launched its customer service week with the theme; “We are because you bank with us”. First Capital Plus is the first financial institution in Ghana to introduce an SMS solution that makes it possible for customers to deposit cash into their bank accounts through their mobile phones.
The week long activities will commence on Saturday, 2nd June and end on the 9th of June.
As part of activities the company will organize a health walk on Saturday, 2nd June for staff, customers and other stakeholders of the company. The walk will start from the aviation social centre at 5.30am through the Ghana International School, Osu roundabout, Ako Adjei Interchange, the Jubilee House, 37Military Hospital and back to the Aviation Social Center where a medical check up will be conducted.
The company will also make a donation to the Princess Marie Louise Children's hospital and also conduct lucky dips and refreshment for customers in all its branches.
Managers and senior executives including the CEO of the company will also visit the various branches and join the frontline staff in serving the customers.
According to Roberta Sarkodie, Head of Customer Service and Service Quality, the concept of superior customer service is embedded in the company's identity as reflected in its core values and as such First Capital Plus conscientiously and consistently strives to ensure that its systems, structures and procedures are customer focused.
She emphasized that the week is basically aimed at celebrating customers and as such the company is inviting all customers to partake actively in the week long activities.
