
Techimantia (B/A) May 28, GNA – of mourning following the sudden death of their chief, Nana Oti Ampem II.
The late Nana Ampem II, 67, a retired educationist, died three weeks ago after a short illness. His body has since been deposited at the mortuary awaiting burial.
A close relative of the chief told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) on condition of anonymity at the weekend that the death of Nana Ampem was “a big blow” to the people as he was very instrumental in the development of the area.
