Trust Towers 'suicide' victim identified
The man who is said to have jumped to death from the ninth floor of the Trust Towers building at Adabraka in Accra Wednesday has been identified.
Police sources say he was identified as 70-year-old, Ambassador-in-residence at the Legon Center for International Affairs and Diplomacy at the University of Ghana
Clarus Kwabena Sekyi was Ambassador-in-residence at the Legon Center for International Affairs and Diplomacy (LECIAD) of the University of Ghana.
His relatives identified him at the police hospital this morning.
It's not clear what actually happened but Public Relations Officer of the Accra region police DSP Freeman Tettey tells Joy News they suspect suicide.
He explained deceased's mobile phone was intact after the fall and through the Phone the police were able to contact the family who identified him today.
Investigations, he said, are still continuing.
