Magvln Industry Limited, producers of Mobile Water, has launched a new product that will serve consumers who want to drink pure and healthy water.
The first winner received a brand new KIA Sorrento salon car while second winner took home 42 inches LCD television.
Magnus Nunoo, Magvlyn Industry Limited, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), addressing the gathering at an event at the Accra Mall, noted that the new product was introduced to guarantee safety.
'Water has been packaged for ease of production, retail handling than consumer safety,' he noted.
Mr. Nunoo pledged to deliver quality products by adhering to the standards of the Food and Drugs Board (FDB) and Ghana Water Research Institute and investing in world-class technology which will minimize human interference with the product.
He said the company's aim is to ensure the safety of consumers.
Mr. Nunoo noted that the draw would be held annually, stressing that loyal customers could text scratch numbers on the product to short code 1732 across networks.
He said the prize winners have 14 days to redeem their prizes after investigations, adding that this year's promotion will commence from August- December.
He commended winners and overall winner, Madam Grace Acquaye who took home a brand new KIA Sorrento salon vehicle and encouraged the general public to continue drinking mobile water.
Launching the product, Kofi Excel, Head of Food and Inspectorate Department at the Food and Drugs Board (FDB), promised to support industries in the country to ensure their products meet the required standards.
Mobile Water, which was established 16 years, is said to be the first water company to introduce the packaging of water in Ghana.
