UNITED NATIONS (AFP) - The International Criminal Court chief prosecutor said Monday he is seeking new war crimes and crimes against humanity charges against Democratic Republic of Congo rebel leader Bosco Ntaganda.

Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo said he would seek similar charges against Sylvestre Mudacumura, military commander of the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) militia. Both men are accused of murders, rapes and arranging child slavery.
