
A presidential aspirant of the Convention People's Party (CPP), Bright Akwetey, is touring the country to meet delegates of the CPP.
Mr. Akwetey is currently in the Volta region to sell his message to the party's delegates.
The Convention People's Party is gearing up for its congress which comes off in two weeks.
According to Mr. Akwetey, the tour is to revive the spirit of the CPP among its supporters.
'The CPP must go back to government to save Ghana from the pit of ignorance, illiteracy, joblessness and helplessness. That is why I am here,' he told Citi News .
