
BISSAU (AFP) - The junta in Guinea-Bissau said Tuesday the return of ousted president Raimundo Pereira was the only sticking point in talks with the Economic Community of West African States.
"We agreed on all points with ECOWAS except one: the issue of Raimundo Pereira's return," a junta spokesman said at a press conference in Bissau.
