A statement signed by Ms Grace Boateng, Tigo Brands Communication Category, Consumer Department and copied to the Ghana News Agency in Accra on Monday, said 20,000 fans of Tigo had so far participated in the weekly live chat session on facebook which was launched last month.

Mr Tenu Awonoor, Tigo Ghana's Head of Marketing Services, said Tigo would use this novelty to increase brand loyalty and humanize online customer experience, stressing that it would do that through the use of other social media platforms such as YouTube and Twitter.
