As usual, the NDC propaganda machine is in high gear to throw dust into our eyes. The ignorant rented NDC goons are making most empty noise about the possibility of dragging Hon Kennedy Agyapong to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, Netherlands.
It is my greatest wish to see Kennedy taken before the ICJ and charged with inciting genocide, treason, felony and all other possible criminal charges the intellectually retarded NDC student lawyers can think of. They should however not forget to be ready to tell when, how, and why Kennedy Agyapong started drumming his ethno-cleansing war songs or messages.
I wonder if the NDC are rational human beings at all. Are they the only ones with blood circulating within their body whilst all others have dirty water in theirs? Are they the only ones with grey matter in their oblong heads? They make me laugh when I realise how naive they are in their self-assessment of their wisdom and intellect.
Nii Lante Vanderpuiye, the NDC parliamentary candidate for Odododiodoo Constituency has the right to persecute (intimidate, beat and kill) and disenfranchise non-Ga name-bearing Ghanaians. He has the right to organise NDC thugs to chase out any non-Ga Ghanaian attempting to avail themselves of the ongoing biometric registration exercise in Odododiodoo. His rampageous thugs have the right to wield weapons in full glare of the curious public in broad daylight, threatening to hack down anyone that dare challenge them into pieces. What did the most hypocrite and illogical critics of Hon Kennedy Agyapong do or say about Nii Lante Vanderpuiye and his thugs? They did or said absolutely nothing. They just looked on and probably wished the thugs good luck in their seemingly ethnic cleansing rampage. Neither the police nor President Mills who claims not to be a police officer, who indeed he is not, did anything to discipline the thugs.
The NDC can commit crimes with impunity. What is good for the goose is also good for the gander. I do not support any acts of violence regardless of which quarters it comes from. I will first condemn and prosecute Nii Lante Vanderpuiye, a cheat and a terrorist, way before touching Hon Kennedy Agyapong, if any ignorant NDC person cares to know. I am not playing any tribal card here. I have schooled with Ewes, Northerners and Gas. I have shared the same bed with them. I have eaten and still do eat from the same bowl with them. I believe we are one People, one Nation and with a common Destiny. Nevertheless, I hate to see one tribe resorting to dubious ways, be they political affiliation, educational or geographical, to take undue advantage of others. Why should anyone expect Ashantis to keep mute while people like Nii Lante Vanderpuiye persecute them freely, as and when they want? When they open their mouth to complain or threaten to retaliate or someone does it on their behalf, then the hell breaks loose. What nonsense can that be?
I had once written and read from the ICJ. I will be glad to see the Court entertain the case presented before it about Hon Kennedy Agyapong. The complainants will have to establish that he had intention both practical and circumstantial to commit his war message. The complainants will have to prove if he did not do that in self-defence and in defence of the non-Gas, that Nii Lante Vanderpuiye was probably lynching and continue to persecute.
It will be the greatest opportunity ever to happen to me to meet the likes of lawyer David Annan in The Hague to prove how they have all along been only hallow on legal issues. It will be a perfect opportunity to discuss the gargantuan Woyomegate scandal with the dubiously paid judgment debts of which the NDC may be the biggest beneficiary. We shall have the opportunity to discuss the selective justice in practice in Ghana under the President Mills' NDC government. It will be a great occasion for opening up the Pandora box.
I know those threatening to take Kennedy to ICJ are just joking. I wish they had effected their actions according as threatened. Rockson, the pocket Lawyer, is willing to meet the paperweight NDC hallow-minded and insubstantial student lawyers as Justice Kpegah calls them, boot for boot and bumper to bumper.
I want all of us to live in peace and in harmony irrespective of our skin colour, gender, tribe, social status and educational background. Do not allow the NDC's absurd desperation to stay permanently in power through roguish propaganda divide us. Why are the NDC afraid of free and fair elections if indeed Ghana has made unprecedented achievements under President Mills than any other Ghana President?
