President John Evans Atta Mills has returned home from a one week state visit to the United States of America.

President Mills arrived Tuesday night to an exciting welcome from party enthusiasts, who flooded the Kotoka International Airport in their party colours.

The President was in the United States at the invitation of the US President, Barack Obama. The visit also saw him sign some business deals that would help boost Ghana's economy.

Addressing party supporters on arrival at the Kotoka International Airport, President Mills whose remarks about his government's unprecedented achievements have attracted criticism from some Ghanaians, maintained he has done enough to deserve a second term.

He said it was only his detractors who failed to see the records of his administration's work for the past three years but advised that no one was going to lie his way to victory come December, adding that insults will not win the elections.

The President was met on arrival by the Vice President John Mahama, some Ministers of State as well as some members of government.
