APOLOGISE TO THE PRESIDENCY AND GHANAIAN

The CEO OF Global Media (GLOMEF), a human rights and anti-corruption media advocacy organization, Raphael Godlove Ahenu Junior, has called on the leadership of Minority in Parliament to apologize to Ghanaians, especially President Mills and the international community for hissingPresident Mills' during his State of the Nation address in Parliament on the 16th of this month.

He said, he was heartrending and ashamed about what happened in Parliament, the Minority pulling out red cards, shouting away, away which showed so much indiscipline.

The CEO said Ghanaians should know that the President is a spiritual embodiment of the nation and there is the need for all to respect the Presidency.

Mr. Ahenu was not happy about continues insult on President Mills and asked Ghanaians to respect those in Authorities.

The Minority, he said should be bold as their own member, Kennedy Agyapong who has rendered an apology to President Mills for calling him “the number one thief” in Ghana to do the same. Mr. Ahenu said he wondered why the clergy and traditional leaders have kept quite without condemning the behaviour of the minority.
