Everyone is aware of Chinese way of cooking and eating that make Chinese all over the world
Japanese way of cooking and eating is a matter of a great pride to the Japanese.
The French pride themselves over their unique science and art of French cuisine and how to eat the French way.
The British, the Germans, "White" Americans, Swiss, Indians, Jews, Arabs, etc. have their own way of cooking and eating which they are proud of and will never exchange with any other foreign ways of cooking and eating .
And yet when it comes to the bulk of our today's Continental/Diaspora Afrikans, their Continental AfrikaCuisine or Way of Cooking and Eating which is the world's First and oldest Human forms of Cuisine and Mother of today's world cuisines , we are told it does not matter if we cook and eat Continental Afrikan or not .
This human feat of discovering food, growing food, cooking and eating it in a particular way would not have been possible today without ancient Afrika as mother of the above miracle.
From ancient Afrika to pre-colonial continental Afrika, the AFRIKAWAY of cooking and eating has been the source and inspiration to all other ways of cooking and eating.
Since Afrika is the cradle of Humanity, it stands to reason that what we call today food, how to grow it, cook it and eat it - all these human miracles started from Afrika and spread to Europe and Asia and other parts of today's world.
So AFRIKAWAY of cooking and eating does not only exist but has nothing to envy any of our today's ways of cooking and eating.
However, today's today's part of continental Afrika is fast losing its ancient and pre-colonial AFRIKAWAY of cooking and eating.
For hundred years, colonial masters and their present puppets in today's continental Afrika, have been programming Afrikans into believing and accepting their lie that AFRIKAWAY of cooking and eating is inferior to Foreign ways of cooking and eating.
As far as colonial masters and their today's faithful students in today's continental Afrika are concerned, to cook and eat Afrikan is nothing but "uncouth," "uncivilized," "anti-modern," "anti-development" and even "hazardous" to health.
And the only way for Afrikans to become modern, civilized, polished and successful in life they must stop cooking and eating Afrikan.
Today, some Afrikans in continental Afrika did not to only learn this lesson very well, they believe in the totality of this lie meant to rob Afrikans of their right to their own way of cooking and eating.
As far these Foreignized Africans spelt with a “ c “ are concerned, it does not matter whether Foreign ways of cooking and eating originated from Afrikan ways of cooking and eating.
It does not matter to them whether AFRIKAWAY of cooking and eating is older than today's world high civilization.
It does not matter whether AFRIKAWAY of cooking has kept Afrikans healthy, strong and happy for three million seasons in Ancient Term and Ten thousand years in Modern Term .
All that matters to our pro-Foreign and anti-Afrikan Elite in power all over the Continent and Islands, is the verdict of their invisible, behind the scene Foreign, slave, colonial and neo-colonial masters all over our today's Continental/Diaspora Afrikan World and Islands .
They do not like how we cook or eat it. They do not even know how Afrikan food is cooked and eaten.
All they know to intoxicate Afrikans with is we don't like your food. It is not good. It is not human. Replace it with out better correct and superior way of cooking.
The more you cook and eat like us, the more we will accept you as human beings worth doing business with.
Rejecting your AFRIKAWAY of cooking and eating is the right and best thing to do to become modern. Eating Foreign is civilization. Cooking the Foreign way is the sign of success.
And like the best and faithful students of "white" supremacy and strong believer of "white" superiority we have become, some Afrikans in today's Afrika now believe their food is no food unless it is cooked the Foreign way and eaten the Foreign way.
Because they believe in the lie of their "white" masters that AFRIKAWAY of cooking and eating is archaic and anti-modern.
The height of this folly is reached when it is known that some "Afrikan" leaders and elite go to the extent of even importing and drinking only water from Paris, London or Washington.
Some are known to import and eat food, meat, fish etc. only from abroad.
And they must be cooked and eaten Foreign way or there will be third World War!
Some Afrikan "elite" have now forgotten to eat with their fingers the AfrikaWay which is our AfrikaWay of honoring and paying homage to the Spirit of the Food we eat to keep us healthy, alive, balanced and fulfilled .
To do so is uncivilized and impractical they echo back their "white" masters' lie to their followers.
Some will eat in Afrika today only with cutlery. Anything short of that is uncivilized.
As far as these pro-Foreign Cuisine and Anti-Afrikan Cuisine elite and their yes-master followers are concerned, it does not matter whether Afrikan cooking tastes better than Foreign cooking.
By blending different food items and giving them time to cook and become one, Afrikan Cuisine is unique in taste and cooking.
Oriental cooking is close to Afrikan Cuisine in this regard.
Foreign cooking, on the other hand, cooks each ingredient separately .
Hence the ingredients do not have the chance to cook and blend together for the special and rich taste Afrikan Cuisine and Oriental cooking give.
Also because Foreign cooking is artificial, Afrikan cooking is creative which comes from the heart, from within and does not need any measurement to be
Also because Afrikan food, meat and fish are healthier and taste better than Foreign food, meat and fish.
All because Afrikan food is grown naturally without chemicals.
Afrikan meats and fish are grown naturally. Afrika's animals grow naturally in the wild. No pressure on them to grow faster. They have all the time they need to grow and at their own pace.
Western food, on the other hand, is mostly grown chemically and under great pressure to over-yield and fast .
Foreign produced animals and fish are mostly rushed to grow faster than their natural pace of growth.
Hence most of Foreign produced food, meat and fish do not taste natural and good.
Also, Afrikan food and way of cooking and eating are less expensive than the Foreign food and way of cooking and eating.
It costs fortune to import expensive food from the West to satisfy expensive Foreign tastes of a few Afrikans, money which they don't have themselves but are forced to steal from the national coffers of the people they are supposed to serve and not exploit with the full support of their Foreign creators and financiers .
It costs fortune to import expensive meat, fish and drinks to satisfy the needs of Afrikan slaves and prisoners of Foreign ways of doing things.
Ancient and pre-colonial Afrikan food is Afrikan grown and costs us very little or nothing compared to Foreign imported foods to which more and more of our Foreignized Elite leaders are becoming dependent on , enslaved by and addicted to .
Afrikan animals and fish cost us nothing to have.
Afrikan natural drinks are mostly brewed locally and naturally and cost nothing to tap.
Again, it does not matter to our Foreignized Elite, whether Afrikan food is more healthy than Foreign food simply because one is chemically grown, the other is not.
Most of the time, some of the chemicals get into the food and the water and drinks and thereby transform part of the Foreign food , water and drinks into poison when eaten and taken without the least knowledge of the consumers .
And because Afrikan food is grown naturally, it tastes better, it is healthier and a better promoter of good health.
Chemicals in Foreign food on the other hand are responsible for half of Westerners' illnesses.
In ancient and pre-colonial Afrika, food is medicine.
In Foreign world, it is not always so. It is often the source of chronic incurable diseases of all kinds.
Yet, a growing number of Afrikans are fast replacing their one-time rich, tasty, healthy and chemical-free food with highly expensive, less tasty, less healthy Foreign food, all in the name of the lies of progress, civilization, change
All kinds of rationalizations and excuses are advanced to justify their growing and pathetic dependency and enslavement to Foreign way of cooking and eating.
However, it is heartening to note that more than three-quarters of continental Afrikans still stick to their AFRIKAWAY of cooking and eating.
That means in spite of deliberate efforts to transform Afrikans into slaves of foreign food, most Afrikans remain faithful to their ancient/pre-colonial AFRIKAWAY of cooking and eating.
