Akim Swedru (E/R), Dec. 29, GNA- Mr Mark K. Darko, Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at Akim Swedru, has advised members of the party and the public to work together to facilitate the better Ghana Agenda.
Speaking at a press conference, Mr Darko called for unity of purpose among the rank and file of the party.
The conference was organised amidst rumours of disunity, misunderstanding and disorderliness in the party.
The NDC Constituency Secretary, Mr Rahim Taaju asked members of the party to be mindful about the negative speeches made by some people about the party and work hard to forge love and co-operation.
Mr Livingstone Ahenkorah, Deputy Constituency Secretary tasked members of the NDC to work hard for the party to win the 2012 Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
He appealed to the members to send their grievances to the Complaints Committee of the constituency and not to take the law into their hands.
