Tarkwa, Nov 24, GNA - A 41-year-old driver, Henry Lomotey Kpankpa, has been granted a bail in the sum of 3,000 Ghana cedis for careless driving and negligently causing harm.
He pleaded not guilty and will re-appear on December 5.
Police prosecuting Chief Inspector Edward Paddy told the couert that the accused knocked down one Collins Gaisie, a 46-year-old driver of Fiaseman Senior High School.
The victim sustained serious injuries was taken to the Tarkwa Government Hospital where he died from severe head injuries.
