Ghana has relied too much on UK students but when return home they cannot do anything rather than corruptions and doesnt know what is called modernisation and implementing infrastructure,so ghana capital Accra smells like toilet so come to Germany and tell this matured students to come home and build institutions which no party have a power to control.Parties have spoiled our institutions and it must to be stopped now
