Do not persue such projects in corporate

It is widely believed that only the tireless persuasion alone brings success in the corporate or in all walks of life. Any half hearted effort will never offer reward. The deep meaning of the above statement, every corporate employee must understand in the right sense. Ability to pursue does not mean that the effort one disposes towards achieving the result should be constant and continuous but it also refers to the ability to withdraw the effort once the result is not possible to achieve in the meaningful way at the meaningful time despite the best shot.

The common problem people create in most corporate is that they never give their best shot or best effort. In the midst of their effort, they exhibit fatigue, tiredness, hopelessness and they may leave their effort. In true sense, they would not have put the best effort nor would have fully conceded from it. They often create a confusion of their effort vs. result and blame & live in dismay.

It is often seen that they blame the time for the above confusion. They should understand that time is only a witness and only the actions are the real cause for any result or consequence. How should one know whether they have given their best shot?

Before attempting to find an answer to the above question, one also needs to understand the fact that every state of being or the situation are nothing but their own creation as the seeds of the present state of being was sowed by them may be unknowingly in the past.

The meaning for some crisis or adversity also one has associate to a new opportunity to sow the seeds of right effort or actions so that the same can be reaped in future.

The corporate employees should understand the fact that not just persuasion alone produce success or result but withdrawing or leaving the effort also sometime may produce the best success or result. If they fail to leave or withdraw the effort at a point where the result is not going to happen in a meaningful way, continuation of the effort or persuasion for success or result can be disastrous or disappointing.

Why such crisis people often create for themselves in corporate? They have been trained to focus and work in a unidirectional manner. Any project success is time dependent and hence any success beyond the definition may not qualify to be called as success. When the project is not meeting the logical end at the given time despite the best shot, the employees should dare to leave the project and must start a new endeavor to continue the journey. Define, refine and continue your journey towards prosperity.
