PEACE EMBLEM: OVERCOMERS KEY OF VICTORY

Peace is an important emblem in civic society. All through the ages mankind has sought peace wherever he is,in his village hut in the bush, in the Amazon,on the Sahara desert,along the famous rivers, or little known river banks,to small,and great dynasties,and empires,right to present day developed,and developing nations of the world.

Misunderstanding,greediness,sometimes natural calamities, war,and strive,and disobedient to God's established rules and commandments,and sometimes the refusal to recognise the Almighty God,who has revealed Himself to mankind through his universal work.Sometimes through sickness,ignorance,laziness,and the manipulation of the powerful against the weak,and poor in sharing the national cake,or the unequal distribution of wealth make peace elude us.

The first,and second World wars brought mankind on his toes,and the comity of nations came together to form the League of Nations,there by drawing mankind closer to peace.A final workable solution to get a lasting peace on earth brought The United Nations into being,having its Constitution and tenets empowering its Security Council, some nations with the veto power, thus becoming the Peace House,where all nations are under it,in order to check that all nations smell the aroma of peace.

Apart from the UN the world seeks judicial order,and international justice,and therefore has set up a world court of Justice in the Hague where it sees that dictators,and anarchists do not go free when they turn to oppress,and exterminate their own people in untolerable circumstances.

All this are perimeters to check the balances of power,and ensure that peace comes on earth.

But true peace will come to every individual on earth,and every nation on earth through mankind's acknowledgment of God as the Creator of the universe.

Jesus Christ assured His Disciples that he was leaving them with a gift,peace of mind and heart,and the gift that He was giving to them was a gift the world could not give.

It is my ardent desire that all the world,nations,kings,and queens,princes,and princesses,the rich and the poor,children,the youth,and the old seek this gift that the Almighty God's son our Lord,and Saviour Jesus Christ has brought to all mankind.He said in the Costitution of the kingdom of God that He is the way,the truth,and the life,and that no man on earth can go to the Father except through Him.

May all nations think about this,and come near to God,through His son Jesus Christ.The world will then enjoy true peace on earth.
