PROPOSAL FOR A-2O-YEAR NATIONAL PLAN FOR GHANA 2012-2032

7 Special Points
Ghana is a blessed country. God has a special plan for this country. The Constituition of the Kingdom of God,which is from God,written through inspiration by holy men of God declares that God knows His people,and will never abandon them.

The Bible is that Holy Book.It declares that the nations who fear the Lord are blessed. One may ask,if Ghana is a blessed nation why is it that despite all the rich mineral resources we have, and special trees,and other things in our rich land,we have not even reached what our counterparts of the 1970's,Singapore,and other similar nations have reached,and for that matter all Africa?

Firstly God Almighty hates disobedience to His ordinances,and commandments. When God told the Isralites that He is a jelaous God,and He alone should they serve,He meant what He meant.

Throughout history whenever they disobeyed God,and went to serve other earthly gods made of human hands,His wrath came against His own chosen people,and He left them to their enemies to take them captives.The Israelites suffered as slaves to their oppressors,and all this was a result of their disobedience by going to serve strange gods of foreign people.

Our fathers knew "Onyame" God,before even the white men came to our shores then known as Gold Coast. They knew God by His creative work,and also the discendants of Queen Sheba of Ethiopia,by migration came to find the Ghana empire,and finally settled in the land of Gold Coast.The leading woman bore male twins,and the senior decided to settle in the modern day Dagba,who are known as the Dagombas,and whose Kingdom is as great as the Asante Kingdom.He was the "Ata Panin" or the elderly twin. The younger twin "Ata Kakra",had bravely invested in him from his youth,and moved on deep in the Southern part of the Gold Coast,now known as Ghana,and settled there with some of his family members. Among this earthly settlement he sound favour in the chief whose vast land stretches far from Ahinsan,Kumasi to an uncounted land.Realising that they were of the same "Nton" group,"Oyoko" he gave a large mass of land to settle.

The Asante Confederation,which decided the Unity,and power of all who came under it,one of their powerful chiefs,met Okonfo Anokye,and with this they craved,and made the nation great by coming under one umbrella with a covenant.

Like the Israelites they came to meet other strange gods in the land,and made alliances with this earthly gods,and forgot the real God whom they served,even though they remembered His name as "Onyankoropon Kwame",because Jehovah God Almighty rested on the seventh day,after creation,and saw that everything was well,and good.

The "Ata Panyin" who decided with some familiy memebers to stay in the north,and formed the great dynasty of Dagba,the Dagomba nation,also fell into the hands of radical muslims who had penetrated the northern part of the Gold Coast,now known as Ghana,and therefore converted to become muslims by choice,and chose to forget the ancenstral roots they came from, the roots of the tribe of Judah,of which was born Jesus Christ our Lord, the 2nd Adam born of the Virgin Mary,who knew no sin because He was conceived by the Holy Spirit,and who became a meditator for us all,Christ our Saviour and Lord.

Some 300 three hundred years ago of the founding of the Asante Kingdom,and the great Dagba Kingdom,the Dagombas from one mother.two identical twins,this is the story.

The real story behind is "NTAAFOO" Identical Twins, and not "NTAFO".

If Ghana repents from serving strange Gods,and turn to serve the one true God,whose name is YAHWEH,in the hebrew language,and God in the Enghlish language,and God in the English language,Onyame in the akan language,everything will be well with us.

God is waiting for us to repent,and we will enjoy the blessings He has prepared for all of us,ghanians,irrespective of tribe,religion,or culture. After removing ourselves from the earthly strange gods in the land,we have to be morally right,and live in honesty,and accountability. After seeking God first let us also put the nation first on our agenda. If this moral revolution is to start from every heart,and every home,then Ghana would stop going abroad to borrow.Giving this brief historical perspective of our nation Ghana, I am now proposing a

20-YEAR-NATIONAL Plan For Ghana.
First 4 years-20-years
2012-2016-2032

1 Water Storage And Conservation
This will certainly satisfy every home in Ghana,and we shall get some to sell to neghbouring nations-We shall literally become rich in this water storage, and conservation.Taxes to the governament in repect of this should be regulary controlled, and the money should not be misused.

2 Agriculture
It is time to turn into mechanized agriculture.
Everything should be put into it,and the youth must be encoureged to go into.Much of our wealth lies there. Oil Exploration,Land,Resources Conservation.

3 Solar Energy Resarch,and Implementation.
This will bring money as well as solve our light,electrical problems in the country.Bring work to all ghanaians 10% going to personal pockets must be stopped.

4 Creativity And Inventions
Individualis should be encouraged to create,invent,and put this on national,and the international community.

In this wise Education should be given a high priority from nursey to the tertiary level.Raising the standard of Reading and Writing in all schools,and ungrading tourism.

5 The Opening Of Industries must be encouraged, private persons should encouraged by helping the people with loans and expert advise to open industries. In this wise science education must be encouraged. IT Technology must be also be given a priority.

6 Proper Urban Planning And Town and Rular planning. With strict checks and balances.Transportation and Road.-Accessibility of roads to rural areas made possible by proper tarring

7 Working Institutions - Many must be Autonomous and not in the hands of any ruling govenment. Job appointments must not be made on political lines but must be based on qualification and merit for we are all Ghanians one nation one people with one common destiny. Rigid control and Identity cards for all people who live in Ghana whether temporary or perminent and the checking of crimiinal activities.
