Dear Sir,

REQUEST FOR JUSTICE

I wish to request your personal intervention in the case of severe injustice that has been meted out to a senior citizen of this nation. I am therefore, addressing you as a rights activist who is doing this on behalf of the victim. The case goes forth:

1. That an 86years old lady called MARNAH ALHASSAN, was brutally assaulted by her own son-inlaw some two years ago. According to the lady, prior to her ordeal, the alleged culprit, one MUSTAFA WAANAH, a.k.a. OSAMAN had beaten and caused harm to one of her sons resulting to his untimely death two weeks later. That incident took place a year before her's.

2. That the victim, since her ordeal has known no peace, resulting in her ejection from her own house she built and occupied, as well as accommodated her son inlaw and daughter. For the past two years she has beaten in 'exile' at Afienya, from her Dawhenya property. She alleges that the alleged criminal has threatened killing her if she sets foot in her house.

3. That aside of her own house that has been taken from her, her land acquisition within the same vicinity has also been taken from her by the same person who has now turned the land owner and has been selling portions of it.

4. That this synoptic narration, if only the oldlady's story is true, deserves your official intervention by arresting and investigating the man under discussion here.

5. That the following pictures are for your perusal. Picture NO-1 is the man, Mustafa Waanah, NO-2 is the oldlady, Marnah Alhassan, after the assault which she alleged the man used a piece of iron rod on her.

Sir, I will end here, hoping that the appropriate measures would be taken, ensuring that the poor old lady gets JUSTICE. Thank you.
