Mahama Ayariga involved in an accident
The Deputy Minister of Education Mahama Ayariga has been involved in an accident on the Tamale-Bolga road Sunday morning.
According to Joy FM's Northern Regional Correspondent Mahama Shaibu who spoke to Asempa News, the accident occurred between Tamale and Walewale at a village called Nasia in the West Maprusi District.
The Deputy Minister has been hospitalized at the Tamale Teaching Hospital responding to treatment.
His driver says he is in the theatre at the hospital.
Doctors are tight-lipped on the condition of Mr Ayariga except to say he is fine.
There were three people in the vehicle including the driver who said he swerved a vehicle parked virtually in the middle of the road and run into another vehicle.
