Half Assini zone GHABA presents benches to local government hospital

Half Assini (W/R) Dec. 19, GNA-The Half Assini Zone of the Ghana Hair Dressers and Beauticians Association has presented 60 benches to the Half Assini government Hospital.

The chairperson of the Association, Madam Pyllix Ketemepi, who made the presentation on behalf of the Association, said the gesture forms part of the it annual celebrations and social responsibility to the public.

According to her, in 2005, the Association presented quantities of canned food and other items to the hospital.

The Jomoro district Medical Director of Health Services, Mrs Shallot Dankwa who received the items thanked the Association for their kind gesture.

She called on other Associations, NGOs and philanthropists to emulate the Association and to come to the aid of the hospital.
