The youth activist was presenting a statement on behalf of the youth at the National Delegates' Conference currently going on in Kumasi, when he suddenly froze.
He was rushed to the Komfo-Anokye Teaching Hospital in an ambulance where reports say he is responding to treatment.
It is unclear what might have caused Mr Bin Salih's collapse.
