The accused persons, Yaw Asiedu 19 and Owusu Asamoah 33 from Twifo Asamoakrom were arrested and granted bail on January 15 and asked to re-appear on Tuesday, January 26 but failed to turn up.

Prosecuting, Inspector John Konlan said Asiedu, who was a regular customer at a drinking bar belonging to one Mr Yaw Avonyu went to the bar on January 10 this year, and after drinking allegedly stole a fowl from the compound.
