Great Fire urges young pastors not to be money-conscious

Rev. Daniel Kiss (Bonegas), founder of the Great Fire Pentecostal International Ministry, has appealed to pastors that doing the work of the Lord was not all about money, but rather vision and willingness to do his work.

Speaking at the 5th Anniversary celebration of the church and the ordination of the founder to a Bishop, he said the celebration signified his gratefulness to the Lord for how far he had brought the church.

“We began this church five years ago on a Wednesday prayers with four people with two benches, and I am grateful to god for bringing me this far with this large congregation I have now,” he added.

Aside the Accra auditorium, the church has six other branches in Cape Coast, Mankessim, Nkawkaw, Ashaiman and Awesu Praso. He said, as at now the church has a total of 800 people across Ghana.

Aside the ordination of the Head Pastor, three other associate pastors of the church were also ordained.

Rev. Bonegas further urged the other upcoming pastors not to create conflict among themselves because of wealth.“If they do that, how can they preach the gospel against conflict, when they are into it,” he said.
