The Ghana Centre for Democratic Development, (CDD-Ghana), the United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF), in collaboration with Joy FM present a public lecture on the topic “Framing a Constitution of Ghana for the 21st Century: Averting the Peril of a Constitution without Constitutionalism.”
The main speaker for the event would be Professor H. Kwasi Prempeh, Professor of Law, Seton Hall University, USA.
Chairman for the programme is Professor S.O. Gyandoh, former Professor of Law, Temple Faculty School of Law, USA.
The programme comes off on Thursday November 26, 2009 at the British Council Hall at 10:30 am.
