Attingana Atongo pleaded guilty to the offence.
Prosecution said that on November 1 at about 0200 hours, a police patrol team spotted Atongo with the animal at the outskirts of Bibiani.
Prosecution said they were not convinced and demanded that the convict took them to the landlord for verification.
