The GBC board has presented a report giving details about recent operations at the state broadcaster to the National Media Commission (NMC).
No formal meeting took place between the GBC board and the NMC.
The report comes after the NMC issued a 48-hour ultimatum to be briefed about happenings in the corporation.
The Board Chairman Prof. Aheto and the Director-General William Ampem-Darko have been on a collision course after Mr. Ampem Darko was asked to continue his 65 days outstanding leave and resume on the 9th of February next year.
But the GBC boss who has just returned from a one-month leave refused to comply with the request.
The NMC has also asked the deputy Director-General to hand over to Mr. Ampem Darko as Director-General.
