Ghana Port Health to  inspect vaccination cards

For about eleven years officials of the Ghana Port Health at the Kotoka International Airport have not been inspecting vaccination cards of travellers.

This has placed the nation at a position where its doors are open to all sorts of health risks.

Speaking to Ghana Today's, Jennifer Addo-Larbi, the Director of Public Health, Dr. Joseph Amankwah admits and explains that, the process was interrupted due to some challenges.

Management, he said is however in consultation with the Airport Company Limited to restore the process.

Congratulations to ghana port health for the fight to restore the inspection of the vaccination cards since our country is at risk without this. Y ou cannot enter south Africa without going through all this processes.
