§ 1.Fundamental Considerations on the New Postulate of Evolution

The new theory that was recently advanced by me in connection with the theory of evolution is based on a single postulate, which is also capable of enhancing the acceptance of the theory of evolution propounded by Charles Darwin and his contemporaries in the late nineteenth century.

If species could evolve in a certain period in history, then with the prevalence of the same conditions and adequate human specimen/prototype in the same environment, it should be possible to repeat itself in the same milieu. This particular postulate, which we call the “complementary principle of evolution,” had energised the famous theory of the past millennium. The word “complementary” is meant to intimate that the principle which is restricted to the theory of evolution, carries special contribution that help the inhabitants of the world to comprehend well the conditions surrounding the origination of man and later migration of the different species and their descendants into the various continents of the world.

Thus the new theory of evolution does not depart from classical evolutionary theory through the new postulate advanced about evolution. But rather through speculations that have to do with the new emerging species in the continent of Africa, we are enabled, in combination with other conditions, to provide us adequate explanation and comprehension concerning the phenomenon of nature.

The modification to which the new postulate of evolution has subjected the classical theory of evolution is indeed far reaching, but one essential point has to be emphasised. The new theory has enabled us to view the so-called “superior” species that moved to Europe and settled there in the forest of present Germany that used to be part of Africa as not distinct after all. These species could be understood to be the descendants of Albinos of Antiquity Africa's descendants, those that their parents had rejected due to ignorance resulting from defect of the body, hair, and eyes. They were seen as not conforming to the model of human beings that inhabited among the original Africans who were considered as the sole and true human beings on the pioneer continent of then planet earth. We shall soon see that the contribution of this knowledge to the theory of evolution would be capable of explaining many activities that took place on earth that period, and how the present world order could admonish mankind to refrain from warring among themselves with the purpose of obtaining frivolous world power.

§ 2. The Need for a Confirmation or an Extension of the Postulate of Evolution

In classical evolution, and no less in the theories advanced later by eminent scientists, the species that evolved in the pioneer continent were rare and special which conveyed the notion of mystery, that is, not capable of lending itself to scientific explanation. It was evidently suggested through numerous researches that took place in diverse institutions around the world that this distinctive character of the Albinos species was “extraordinary” that suggested enshrouded mystery and the resultant possession of “superiority.” Time and time again, distinguished researchers made the inhabitants of the world to comprehend that the Europeans' descendants were off the planet long time ago and took to their heels in the distant continent and as a result had no experiential connection with those that inhabited the continent of Africa.

In such a situation the beautiful theory propounded by Charles Darwin, the self-taught British scientist, was subject to speculations something, which he had earlier on met and later inherited from some well-known scientists during his days in the disciplinary field of geology. But the development of scientific theory must be conformed to “an observable fact of experience” and should not dwell only on speculation. This being one of the flaws of the theory, which was never questioned or brought about due to the desire of keeping people from discovering the connection between these Albinos and the original Africans that still strive in the different parts of the earth and yet suffer maltreatment due to the purporting of the former concerning their possession of “illusory superiority.” Here, we borrow from Einstein that “the law of causality has not the significance of a statement as to the world of experience, except when observable facts ultimately appear as causes and effects.” (Einstein 1952: 113).

Darwinian Theory of evolution does not provide a satisfactory answer to this question concerning the emergence of the European race (Albinos) from the original Africans. The petty mutation, which provided the former phenotypic characteristics, did not furnish any extraordinary changes that should make them distinct as to provide them the unique place they have enjoyed since many centuries ago. Moreover, it is certainly clear that Darwinian Theory does not really satisfy the requirement of causality in the case under consideration, but only apparently does so, since it mystifies the origin of the last species and provide them a cause to regard themselves as distinct and possess “illusory superiority.”

The only satisfactory theory is the postulate which I have advanced which provides physical as well as biological explanations why the Albinos, including the early species known as the Neanderthals, were compelled to migrate from Africa. It was due to the deformations and concomitant mobbing they were exposed to in their earlier abode that forced these Albinos to advance toward the Northern Hemisphere but not curiosity nor adventurous desire that initiated these mass movement of the Albino species. Now, upon all these circumstances and the numerous conditions that characterise the difficulties the Albinos faced in their preliminary continent of domicile, it seems the interbreeding occurred mostly among those that migrated from Africa than among any other groups of people they met in the Caucasus Mountains. Mutation occurred among these descendants and for some, nothing of that sort happened at all, and so there is a higher probability that some remained original Albinos of African descent as can be seen in some cases in the Irish Republic and Russia. These descendants are Africans in content but have no mutation at all, though mutation did not cause any internal changes with the exception of physical characteristics. With these observations, it is possible to make a conjecture that:

The laws of nature concerning the origin of species remains the same in “content” with regards to the organisms evolution, and that mutation if ever it occurs, only affects the physical characteristics and not the content of the human species.

Along this road not only do we contribute to an existing theory of biological origin of species but also we make a confirmation of the original postulate of evolution advanced by Darwin.

In addition to this weighty argument from our new postulate of evolution there is a well-known physical fact which favours an extension of the theory of evolution. The present descendants of the African Albinos have many things in common with the European counterparts, which concern the physical nature of their bodies. They both are susceptible to the burning sun that contains gases that burn the body and could easily blind the eyes. It is seen that if the African Albinos were to make translation into the colder climate, probably they could well adapt to their new environment better than their present abode. The weak body parts and their inability to have the stamina to work hard would make them to initiate the discovery of the mind to help them survive in their physical motion in hostile weather conditions. An observer watching meticulously their lives concerning their demeanour in the uniform climate of Africa, and the current system of living in the colder climate would discover the equality of utilising the brain to tackle some problems which present dire situation to the Albinos. This will permit the observer to infer that the Albinos of Africa are not quite different from their counterparts in the colder climates in the manner they utilise the brain to deal with their territorial problems.


§ 3. Nature, Time, and Varying Laws of Nature

Mutation depends on the environment and physical influences on the organism to make adaptation. The presence of the Sun, or other important elements had had something to do with these variations we see in nature. As for this we owe modern comprehension from the new area of Molecular biology that have energised of late the study and migration of the human species. The law of nature aids us to understand what has taken place long before we were born. Here, in this study not only biology but also the physical sciences contribute to our understanding of the origin of species which occurred in the pioneer continent prior to the migration which later occurred due to deformations. The latter had not been stressed in the early discussions that had taken place in connection with mutation, which originated the human species.

§ 4. Some Aspects of the Fundamental Theories on Human Migrations

Migration does not change the content of the organism but could contribute to the changes in physical characteristics and the manner people behave. As people migrate to face different problems due to the nature of the environments, human beings usually make their own efforts to adapt to these new conditions, while nature complements the progress of these efforts. It is as a result of these that we see buildings and practical ingredients of the organism being forced to conform or adapt to the present situation. Thus, there are differences between the manner people in the Northern Hemisphere build, cloth, and organise themselves than those living say, in the Sahara Desert. As the latter strive to overcome their problems, these stringent attempts are carried over by their descendants that become a source of inspiration to continue adaptation to the milieu. Later the success of these forebears would be reflected in the manner that they had built a solid foundation to help the descendants become well established in that part of the planet earth.

§ 5. Mathematical Aids to the Formulation of General Equations on Matter Man and Motion

There have been some sources of strengths that the species on earth had drawn their intelligence and efforts from that enabled them to succeed. These things, like all other scientific endeavours, can be put into equations to help the organisms to follow using them daily.

(a) Intelligence and Development
When it comes to development, these principles are important:

i) There should be some pressure from the environment that matter man needs to fight in order to subdue but not succumb to it. This should compel the organism to employ superb organisation ability and if necessary to use his strength to overcome.

ii) Diligent study in the sciences should be a must and if possible huge sums of money should be invested to develop this important area concerning research centres and certain needed institutions.

iii) Systematic imitation of other successful nations on how they commenced and presently do their things. If possible co-operation between the novice nation and the experienced nation should be sought.

iv) Adaptations of these imitated developments to the organisms own cultural context.

(c ) Earth, Space, Motion, and Time
Man is basically matter because everything about him concerning his make up and the air he breathes is fundamentally made up of matter. As matter, man is in constant motion, which concerns the dual motions of the earth and his relative motion on earth. At death, since he is of this earth, that is, constitutes of matter, he disintegrates. By employing the law of thermodynamics, the seizing to exit of this moving object fulfils (compare him to the destruction of space shuttle) the law of the conservation of mass. It is a form of a balance of energy and a transfer of matter.
