Examination Malpractices list of Names out
The West African Examinations Council, WAEC has published the first batch of names of candidates involved in examination malpractices in the newspapers.
The move follows a decision at the 67th Meeting of the International Examinations Committee of WAEC, to address the increasing incidence of examination malpractices in the country.
The first batch involves 96 students of Senior High Schools, and they will have their subject results cancelled as penalty.
The offices committed include, smuggling foreign materials into the examination hall, taking mobile phones into the examination hall and refusing to submit exams scripts to the supervisor or invigilates at the end of the examination.
