Ghanaian coach Phillip Boamah has been appointed technical head by his former side Shooting Stars .
Boamah, a member of the formidable IICC Shooting Stars team of the 70s, replaces Franklin Howard, who left the club at the end of last month.
The choice of Boamah, according to Adepoju, was informed by his pedigree, both as a former player of the team and as a tested coach.
"We considered several factors before settling for Phillip Boamah; amongst them, his dedication to the club, as well as his unquestionable loyalty to Shooting Stars, a club he served diligently as a player and later as coach," Adepoju explains.
"He's also technically sound in the game and for us there's no better choice at this time."
