SIC Life Recognises Employee

MS. Georgina Nketia Appiah, staff  member of State Insurance Life Company (SIC), has been recognised by the management of SIC Life for being the youngest female member of staff to have successfully completed the Advanced Diploma Course of the Chartered Insurance Institute of the United Kingdom.

At a ceremony  organised by SIC to mark the celebration of  her feat, Mr Raymond-Yamoah, Managing Director SIC Life, commended her for the achievement and urged other employees to emulate her example.

For her part Ms Appiah expressed appreciation to the management of SIC Life for offering her the opportunity to  broaden her scope of knowledge.

Ms Appiah served the company as a national service person  from October 2005 to August 2006 and sat for the Chartered Institute of  Insurance examination in October 2006.

She continued  her studies whilst engaged as a contract worker in September of the same year and became a permament member of staff from September 2007.
