Any meticulous observer that has the gift of observation and set out to discover why the world had wasted considerable number of years fighting unnecessary wars against one another so many years since antiquity will find out that myth-making had influenced the numerous wars that ensued on earth. Even those of us that had spent some years among European nations' citizens in the last century had still registered such kind of 'superhuman being' thoughts or thinking among many of their descendants. Behind all these myths about groups and nations that are scattered all over the world is the attempt to cover individuals' humble beginnings and to replace them with some thoughts concerning their being of a 'superior origin' than all other living beings around them.

Therefore, it can be asserted without being apprehensive that some people find it very hard to accept their humble commencement as human beings and so they always try to buttress this 'lowly state' they still occupy with some myths that elevate them above others. If war had been rampant since antiquity it had been so because people always pretended to be better than others and felt superior within their own deceptive imagination which contrary to that they had originated from that lowly state that still cannot be hidden from history. This state of human expectation of being the best compared to all others can be illuminated with successive attempts by certain groups in this world to propound theory such that they shall be up there whilst others lie low there. That is, something that occurred such that everyone knows that it was as a result of accidents and random beginnings and continuity that had been important explanation, some would prefer to give magical explanations in order to distinguish themselves as special. That is contrary to all what known history and sciences humbly provide us.

The idea to replace violent war with the use of the brain to solve problems, it seems to me, shall give people of all walks of life the possibility to have systematic development and organisation of their lives, which others gained their owns early because of pressure from their hostile environments. Therefore, the employment of War Court to solve problems of all kinds that ensue among nations, apart from the surprise attack by barbarians or intruders in order to confiscate others' property and take them as slaves shall allow justice to prevail in this world. It is striving after justice and the question of equality that make us to push unmistakably for war in the War Courts. For henceforth superiority does not stem from being capable of acting barbaric when something minor crops up among nations, but also being capable to controlling the primitive urges of man which since time immemorial they had been unveiled among the barbarian nations of the earth.

WORLD WAR COURT ORGANISATION HEADQUARTERS

The highest administrative body of the War Courts is to be the above-mentioned, which shall contain the secretariat of the Secretary General/President, who, himself is responsible to the United Nations as an organisation. The post of Secretary General shall be appointed to be the highest two terms, which is 5 years each, that is not renewable compared to the Governors who shall occupy their position for life, that is, up until a period when they are 75 years. I mentioned elsewhere that this post should be exclusive for only those powerful nations of the earth shall be capable of presenting a candidate for this position. A Supreme Court Justice can opt his position to candidate for such a position (those nearing their pension years as Supreme Court Justice), so also can any High Court Judge of distinguished calibre from these powerful nations be eligible to hold this position. As for further functions of this position, it is not for me to expatiate on this, as these gentlemen have more knowledge than I concerning this matter to help them carry out their responsibilities.

THE NEW FUNCTIONS OF WORLD POWERS

There are always some hidden reasons why conflicts originate among people and these reasons are always caused by underlying causes that are usually neglected by those countries that purport to be protectors of the world. These things have to be unearthed so that we can discuss it openly before mankind. For it does not help that just because a particular country think that they have all the weapons and capability so they shall use it to threaten others that do not have it. Nor does any country have control over another's space, so that it can try to provoke and allow this to lead to war. To be honest with you, only the wars that barbarians or intruders attack a country direct to steal its properties, harass, or attempt to make them slaves are allowed for any nation to retaliate with weapons. Hostilities among nations that do not live near each other as usual in principle must be met with only words (that makes us human beings) and not weapons so long as you have to cross another territory to be able to have contact with your enemies. You simply cannot disregard this simple and basic law. The time when those nations that have weapons and so believe they can cause non-equilibrium minds or unnecessary worries to other people that have nothing to do with the trouble being made by the enemy is over. We should live and respect all human beings that want to live in peace, for this a common axiom that those children that are under ten could be able to rationalise on.

MONETARY SECURITY FOR WARRING PARTIES AND VICTIMS (MSWPV)

The need to work on this foundation is urgent so that mankind should refrain from engaging in these barbaric and unnecessary wars that had taken superb civilisation away from this planet since antiquity. It is indeed this attempt to use the greatest gift given to man on earth (brain) to solve our pressing problems that actually tells us that we are matured and really superior in deeds and morals. No one gives superiority to anybody as some people elsewhere in the world is hanging on to these myths. Authentic or real superiority is attained but not given to any one.

It is not the attempt to hide your low background and humble beginning and trying to propound gigantic theory to elevate yourself (above others) while only 500 years ago you were a student learning from others about their secrets of cultural successes and how they governed or organised themselves that make you great. It is being capable of curbing your primitive urges that had kept you so low since you proclaimed yourself of having that illusory superiority that is important.

Finally, it is understood that by establishing this important organisation, human beings will understand properly the wisdom that the All mighty God had ordained for us to utilise to be capable of living with one another peacefully on this earth. As I personally believe that this is the only place we have within the Solar system that is habitable at the moment, we shall do all things to keep it clean and beautiful. For, day dreaming and hallucination that there is another life in 'spirit' somewhere in the solar system or beyond that can be our abode must be relinquished immediately and instead concentrate on how “we can love our neighbours as ourselves” on this planet earth.
