OFFICE OF THE WAR REPRESENTATIVES (OWR) AND WAR COURTS

The new modern warfare that those individual nations around the world prepare their defenders (Guerreior-warriors) in order to proceed to the War Courts to defend their countries requires that men and women with strong moral and physical abilities be selected to be there. It is supposed to be comprised of men and women who are dedicated and willing to put all their chores and worries behind in order to obtain the best frame of minds that would permit them to present their case before the distinguished judges. These noble men (the latter) are the ones who would be around to chair the ongoing wars in these modern War Courts. Those to be selected or whom various countries have already chosen to occupy their secretariat known as the OFFICE OF THE WAR REPRESENTATIVES have to be endorsed by the President of the nation. Their work is to constantly guard their nations' interest with regards to matters surrounding this modern warfare. Who are these men and women who would be entrusted with this noble task to defend their nations against foreign enemies? But, firstly, let me briefly speak about the Army concerning their noble responsibilities, which I do not think they will diminish, but rather they will become important as deterrence to natural catastrophe and genocide.

THE ARMY AND WORLD PEACE

The work of the Army is not to be diminished because of the presence of the OWR but rather they will be energised to conduct more exercises regularly and be around to deter major catastrophe and civil wars that are difficult to solve as soon they ensue. Originally, the work of the standing Army had been to deter enemies from entering another sovereign country to either steal the wealth accumulated by the nation or to protect their citizens from being taken as slaves by barbarians. Therefore, as the OWR becomes active in the modern and civilised world, the Army would continue with their constant training and would be willing to move around the nations to save countries from natural catastrophe which are unpredictable and difficult to combat completely. This show that we do not talk of any replacement of the Army by the OWR but instead we point out the necessity of the functions being observed and accomplished by each organ meticulously so that we do not have overlapping occurring.

As mentioned earlier, the main function of the OWR is to prepare and proceed direct to the War Courts when there are minor or major wars between their nation and another sovereign nation. Now, who are the members that form the organisation that shall represent their various countries in times of minor or major wars?

ARMY GENERALS

As leading actors, the Army Generals shall be members of the OWR that will represent their countries in times of wars with another sovereign state. They may be chosen by their organisation to be team leaders together with all the members that shall proceed to the War Courts. They also have a crucial role to play when it comes to the signing of a peace deal between rival nations. As such the role of these Generals in any minor or major wars is inseparable and must be noted by all countries. The Generals may have the greatest responsibility of briefing the President of the country concerning what transpired in a modern War court, that is, if the latter could not be able to be present himself.

RETIRED ARMY GENERAL

The team to accompany them to this modern warfare would call upon some members of the Retired Army Generals; that is, if they believe this particular General has something important to offer in connection with this war. In this case, this General will be there as an advisor or specialist.

LAWYERS WITH/WITHOUT MILITARY BACKGROUNDS

Highly qualified lawyers with International Law specialisation who either have military training or not would be accompanied to the War Courts to help settle the case. The team leader will decide this and also it will depend on the sort of case being dealt with. These gentlemen shall be part of the group who would occupy the OWR office in the various countries around the world.

CIVILIANS WITH OR WITHOUT LEGAL PRACTICE

There shall be some civilians who shall accompany the team and their presence in the War Court is necessary to indicate the concern of the civilian population in the country. These gentlemen shall be selected by the team leader or the Army General who is the leading actor in this modern warfare.

ARMY GENERAL CONFERENCE/ MEET THE PRESS

It can be asserted that even though there may be other actors whose superiority in matters concerning a particular war may make them the team leaders of this war. Still, the leadership of the Army Generals in modern warfare in the courts would not be diminished. Whenever there is an ongoing war, it is the responsibility of this General to brief the Press and also the immutable President of the country about the progress. He is the only one that has the audacity to sign a cease-fire or agreement of resolving the war case. The leading General's role in this modern warfare is not different from the numerous functions that occurred in the old physical battlefield.

Finally, one can assert that the new modern warfare would allow the Armed Force to be relieved from those unnecessary wars, which had been developed by manipulative leaders of the modern society. The supreme function of the Army since antiquity had been to protect the citizens of a group of people that have come together as a nation and to protect their wealth and properties from intruders or barbarian nations around the world.
