Millicom Ghana gives to Otumfuo Charity Foundation

Kumasi, April 24, GNA – Millicom Ghana Limited, operators of

Tigo Telecommunication Services, on Friday presented a cheque

for 10,000 Ghana cedis to the Otumfuo Charity Foundation at a

ceremony at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi.
According to Mr Kodwo Egyir-Danso, General Manager

in-charge of Regulatory of the company, the gesture formed part of

the launch of the Foundation and the 10th anniversary of Otumfuo

Osei Tutu II's ascension to the Golden Stool.
Nana Otuo Serebour, Juabenhene, who received the cheque,

thanked Millicom for the gesture and promised that the money

would be put to good use.
PZ Cussons Ghana Limited also presented a quantity of

detergents, assorted soaps and food items worth 5,000 Ghana cedis

to the Foundation at the Palace.
Mr William Addison, the company's Sales Manager, made the

presentation that was received by Nana Bi Kusi-Appiah, Omanhene

of Manso-Nkwanta.
