Stanbic Fest 09: Ghana Premier Banking and Finance Fair Opens

The financial sector of the country will witness a major innovation this week when Stanbic Ghana opens STANBIC FEST 09 on Thursday at the Accra International Conference Centre. The three day fair is on the theme, "Money Matter.'

STANBIC FEST 09, is Ghana's first ever banking and product fair to showcase a singular bank"s products and services for three days running.

According to the bank's officials, the fair is to provide a one stop shop for Ghanaians to access financial service. Products ranging from Transactional, Savings, and Investment products will be on parade.

On one level, the Personal and Business Banking Department will showcase an array of products including transactional and savings including electronic banking products such as the new level internet banking among others.

A new product known as new Business online (nBol) will be launched. nBol is a one stop unit that offers the coolest, single online platform with a single point of entry for clients to perform multiple functions across Africa. This will be the lead product in the Corporate Banking space and guests to the fair will be treated to its unique functions and features.

Top on the discussions level will be a seminar on how the global financial crises affects you and this seminar will attract renewed economist and global watchers to discuss the implications of the recession and your finances.

The Human Resource unit will also hold a job fair during the period.

Guests to the fair will have the opportunity to conduct banking business, get accounts opened, hold discussions on vehicle and asset financing and receive corporate banking solutions.

The fair opens at 1pm to 9pm on weekdays and 11am to 9pm Saturday, the last day.
